MÉMORIAL F9NL 2021 RÈGLEMENT
1. BUT :
Ce concours de petite durée est réalisé en hommage à notre ami F9NL, Maurice LACROUTS, véritable pionnier du 70 cm, connu de beaucoup d'entre nous, et qui nous a quitté en 1983.
2. DATE ET HORAIRE:
Le dimanche du troisième week-end entier de septembre, de 0500 UTC à 1000 UTC.
3. BANDE:
432 MHz.
4. DECOUPAGE:
Deux zones: Zone 1: Les départements 65, 64, 40, 32, 31. Zone 2: les autres départements français et les pays étrangers.
5. REPORTS:
RS(T) + numéro du QSO à partir de 001 + QTH Locator.
6. POINTS:
1 point/km quelle que soit la zone.
7. MULTIPLICATEURS:
- zone 1: aucun - zone 2: a) QSO entre stations de la même zone: pts/km x 1. b) QSO avec stations de la zone 1: pts/km x 2.
-TM9NL ( si utilisé ) c) QSO avec station zone 1 : pts/km x 2 d) QSO avec station zone 2 : pts/km x 4
8. TOTAL GENERAL:
C'est la somme des produits points/km x multiplicateur de chaque QSO.
9. CLASSEMENTS – RECOMPENSES:
Trois classements :
Trophée F9NL régional pour la zone 1 (Trophée régional remis au lauréat par le président du REF65 pour un an lors de l’AG du REF65 ).
Trophée F9NL national pour la zone 2. Ne seront classées que les stations ayant contacté au moins une station de la zone 1. Trophée national (remis en jeu chaque année ).
Dans le cas ou une station Hors Métropole serait en tête, un diplôme lui sera envoyé en lieu et place du trophée, néanmoins son indicatif figurera sur la liste du trophée national.
Classement honorifique des autres stations de la zone 2.
10. COMPTE-RENDU:
Quelle que soit la méthode utilisée ( manuel ou informatisé ) le compte rendu indiquera :
- la zone ou ce trouve la station Zone 1, Zone 2 ou Honneur (cas ou aucun QSO n’aurait été réalisé avec la Zone 1).
- les multiplicateurs éventuels Manuel : compte-rendu sur imprimé A4-99-01 (récapitulatif) et A4-99-02 (log.),. Indiquer le meilleur DX (indicatif, locator et distance) ;La copie du carnet de trafic est admise si les informations sont conformes aux imprimés pré-cités.
-Informatisé : compte-rendu au format IARU « reg1test ».Tenant compte des remarques reprise dans l’annexe 1.Tout compte rendu informatisé non conforme sera refusé.

12. CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION:
En participant à ce concours, le concurrent s'engage à en respecter le règlement, les conditions de son autorisation et les règles de courtoisie en usage entre les radioamateurs. Le concurrent s'en remet aux décisions du jury en cas de différend.
ANNEXE 1: Afin de rendre compatible avec les logiciels de dépouillement les CR reçu par mail la commission des concours a demandé que certain champ du fichier Edi soit annoté il s’agit de :
Pexch Définition de la zone du participant.
Cexcb Nombre de correspondant en zone 1 dans le log.
Recived exchange Zone du correspondant.

MEMORIAL F9NL 2021 RULES
1. INTENTION:
This short-term competition is held in tribute to our friend F9NL, Maurice LACROUTS, a true pioneer of 70 cm, known to many of us, and who left us in 1983.
2. DATE AND TIME:
Sunday of the third full weekend in September, from 0500 UTC to 1000 UTC.
3. BAND:
432 MHz.
4. CUTTING:
Two zones: Zone 1: Departments 65, 64, 40, 32, 31. Zone 2: other French departments and foreign countries.
5. REPORTS:
RS (T) + QSO number from 001 + QTH Locator.
6. POINTS:
1 point / km regardless of the zone.
7. MULTIPLIERS:
- zone 1: none - zone 2: a) QSO between stations of the same zone: pts / km x 1. b) QSO with stations of zone 1: pts / km x 2.
-TM9NL (if used) c) QSO with zone 1 station: pts / km x 2 d) QSO with zone 2 station: pts / km x 4
8. GENERAL TOTAL:
It is the sum of the points / km x multiplier products of each QSO.
9. AWARDED CLASSIFICATIONS:
Three rankings:
Regional F9NL trophy for zone 1 (Regional trophy awarded to the laureate by the president of REF65 for one year during the GA of REF65).
National F9NL trophy for zone 2. Only stations which have contacted at least one station in zone 1. National trophy (put into play each year) will be classified.
In the event that a non-metropolitan station is at the head, a diploma will be sent to it in place of the trophy, nevertheless its call sign will appear on the list of the national trophy.
Honorary classification of other stations in zone 2.
10. REPORT:
Whatever method is used (manual or computerized) the report will indicate:
- the zone where the Zone 1, Zone 2 or Honor station is located (case where no QSO would have been carried out with Zone 1).
- any multipliers Manual: printout report A4-99-01 (summary) and A4-99-02 (log.) ,. Indicate the best DX (callsign, locator and distance); A copy of the logbook is allowed if the information conforms to the aforementioned forms.
- Computerized: report in IARU format reg1test Taking into account the remarks included in appendix 1 Any non-compliant computerized report will be refused.
11. SENDING:

12. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
By participating in this competition, the competitor agrees to respect the rules, the conditions of his authorization and the rules of courtesy in use between radio amateurs. The competitor relies on the decisions of the jury in the event of a dispute.
